Easy Notary's Pennsylvania Notary Basic Training Course is 3-hours, RULONA-compliant and approved by the Pennsylvania Department of State. This comprehensive course meets the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s statutory education requirement for new and renewing Notaries. It provides in-depth explanation of Pennsylvania’s Notary law (Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts - “RULONA”) and Department of State regulations. The course also covers Notarial best practices that harmonize with RULONA and Department regulations.
This course is available 24/7 online, for 30 DAYS after the date of registration. After you purchase the course, you will be redirected to our Learning Management System (LMS) where you must register to access the course modules.
You may log-in and out of the course at your own pace.
You must spend a minimum of three hours taking this course (enforced by course section countdown timers).
Once you have completed Module 3, you will receive a course completion certificate to submit with your Notary commission application as proof of satisfying Pennsylvania’s statutory Notary education requirement.
